Zoning Code Analysis
The City of Berea Zoning Code provides planning standards, procedures, regulations and controls for the use of land in the City; and for the design, use, bulk, locations and spacing of building and other structures, in order to most effectively and to the fullest extent permissible under the City’s powers of home rule, insure and preserve the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity and general welfare of the inhabitants of the City.
The City of Berea Zoning Code provides which permitted, conditional, and accessory uses may be conducted upon each parcel in the City.
