Planning Commission
The City of Berea Planning Commission was established by the City Charter to consider zoning, planning and development issues within the City. Specifically, the Planning Commission reviews site plans; conditional uses; permanent signs; subdivision regulations; administrative appeals; area variances; widening of driveways; lot splits and consolidations; demolitions; zoning code changes; other administrative actions; review of ordinances dealing with planning, zoning, rezoning and development; adoption of rules; and records.
